Mike Castleberry serves as Vice President of Network Services and Business Development for HealthSCOPE Benefits. Mr. Castleberry has more than 15 years of experience leading highly successful sales and marketing organizations in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining HealthSCOPE, he spent seven years at WellPoint, most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing for the WellPoint brands of HealthLink and UniCare. In this role, he was also responsible for creating alliances with health plans, self funded employers and Third Party Administrators to achieve cost efficiency in claims processing and care management, improving bottom-line profitability for these organizations and their clients. Prior to employment with WellPoint, Mr. Castleberry was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Aetna.
Mr. Castleberry is on the board of Arkansas Comprehensive Health Insurance Pool were he serves as Secretary/Treasurer and is the President of The Central Arkansas Association of Health Underwriters. He received his bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
