CAROL GAINES

Regional Vice President of Account Management

Carol Gaines, Regional Vice President of Account Management, is an 18-year veteran of HealthSCOPE Benefits, a CenBen USA Company. Carol has extensive experience in Medical Claims Administration and Benefits Consulting. Her tenure began with five years of experience in the Network Services Group. During that period, Carol developed and managed the St. Louis office Provider Relations Team, as well as provided employer benefits/cost management consulting for our Fortune 500 clients. From there, Carol assumed responsibility as a National Account Manager for Medical Claims Administration for some of our national accounts. Her role expanded to Director of Account Management in the St. Louis office until she was promoted to Regional Vice President for all CenBen USA Account Management Services in the Central and Western United States.
