	ED GROOMS Director Business Systems Ed Grooms serves as Director of Business Systems for HealthSCOPE Benefits and CenBen USA. In this capacity Mr. Grooms is currently providing project-management oversight traveling between CenBen USA operations centers overseeing the Company's critical technology enhancement initiatives. Mr. Grooms joined HealthSCOPE Benefits as the Manager of Information Technology in HealthSCOPE’s Nashville, TN office in November of 1998. In this position, Mr. Grooms has served in many corporate level project management roles including claims systems migrations, numerous autopay improvements, consumer-driven product research, HIPAA Privacy implementation as well as recently served as the Company’s HIPAA Privacy Official. Mr. Grooms received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Office Management from Middle Tennessee State University and has been in the health insurance administration industry for more than twenty-four years. back to management team
