She was responsible for managing and monitoring customer service, claim accuracy, and promptness of payments to meet and exceed industry standards, as well as human resource development, which encompasses salary/incentive compensation planning, interviewing, staffing, career counseling, and personnel appraisals. She also served as Director of Employee Benefits Division of CNA Health Partners, HealthSCOPE Benefits’ predecessor company. Prior to employment with CNA Health Partners, Mrs. Johnson worked for CNA.
