We are pleased to announce that a stock purchase of CenBen USA occurred by members of the management team, thereby separating CenBen USA from Central Benefits Mutual Insurance Company. Today, we are an independent company with a familiar name: HealthSCOPE Benefits. We are one of the largest TPAs in the country, and our depth of resources and service capabilities remains as strong as ever.

The new HealthSCOPE Benefits, through the talent, skills, experience and dedication of our long tenured associates, is well positioned to deliver first-rate service for our customers. While many competitors have consolidated into larger entities resulting in significant change and uncertainty for clients, we sought a progressive approach to be independent, maintain our service flexibility, and be nimble in our decision-making. This change, which took effect at the close of business on December 31, 2007, does not in any way impact you or your plan participants.
