Essential Functions of Job:

• Develop excellent working relationships with call center representatives and internal claims managers • Handle all questions and problems regarding customer service and have a working knowledge for reference to claims, network and managed care issues • Work with internal staff to meet client expectations and performance guarantees • Help with training of the call center management team reporting to him/her • Attend all meetings within the department and actively be part of projects which affect the call center • Responsible for reporting this areas quality and productivity • Responsible for hiring within their area • Ability to report to the office


• College degree preferred with emphasis in business administration, management or related field. Experience considered in lieu of degree • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Minimum 2-3 years management experience preferred • Minimum of 7 years in claims administration preferred
