Essential Functions of Job:• Effectively research, analyze and resolve discrepancies for pharmacy claim submissions • Work directly with claim system vendor to implement a new PBM • Work directory with claim system vendors for changes to existing PBM files • Monitor PBM Inquiry email • Monitor and analyze daily Error Load Reports from multiple PBM vendors • Maintain PBM contact list • Store daily PBM files in appropriate folders • Prioritization of individual work flow associated with the case assignments • Establishing and maintaining professional rapport with internal and external customers • Maintaining and assuring accuracy of documentation. • Strong ability to identify appropriate resources for research and problem resolution • Ability to report to the office
Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment • Strong interpersonal skill with ability to function as a positive team member • Strong mathematical background • PBM knowledge considered a plus • 2-3 years experience in processing medical claims preferred • 1-2 years experience in pharmacy integration preferred
