Essential Functions of Job:• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry • Enter data from source documents into computer database • Review documents for accurate routing to correct departments • Document files in claims system • Ability to learn multiple job duties such as, but not limited to, reviewing and routing correspondence, scanning, filing, and other job duties as assigned by management • Ability to report to the office
Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member • Medical Forms background preferred • Experience with scanners and knowledge of scanner operations/imaging of documents a plus • Must be flexible towards job responsibilities and work schedule • Must posses the ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision • Working knowledge of claims administration procedures desired
