Essential Functions of Job:

• Manage client billing staff • Oversee monthly billing and premium processing functions from beginning to end • Work closely with accounts receivables: cash receipt processing and account reconciliations • Work closely with account management to onboard new clients • Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis • Champion the develop of on-going process improvement strategies • Grow and develop staff through continuous training • Participate in annual financial audits • Coordinate with internal departments to assist with problem resolution • Ability to report to the office


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management. Experience considered in lieu of degree • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software application (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently as well as effectively lead a team • High degree of analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to train, hire and coach staff • Minimum of 2 years general accounting knowledge preferred • Minimum 3 years management experience of 5 or more employees desired
