Essential Functions of Job:• Develop and maintain positive relationships with external vendors including PBMs, PPO Networks, etc. • Track and trend issues to determine common issues that require process improvement • Develop process improvements and implement • Develop, map and maintain ID card production criteria • Strong ability to identify appropriate resources for research and problem resolution • Develop and maintain a positive enthusiastic working relationship with all staff, as well as all external customers & prospective contacts • Ability to handle multiple tasks through to completion working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting departmental needs • Maintain working knowledge of HealthSCOPE Benefits’ products and services, network development process, office functions, and all the business development initiatives • Strive to meet project deadlines and be proactive in project management. • Coordinate mailings, fulfillment requests and manage document storage • Ability to research claim/enrollment issues and to be proactive in problem resolution • Ability to report to the office
Qualifications:• College degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment • Ability to work effectively in an environment that is “deadline” oriented • Minimum 2-3 years of health insurance industry experience preferred • Medicare Advantage knowledge required
