Essential Functions of Job:

• Identify and assist in the recognition, analysis and resolution of organizational and procedural problems • Proactively work with customers (both internal and/or external) to resolve problems and to provide unsurpassed customer service and seamless benefits administration • Create verification processes utilizing various systems and resources for balancing purposes • Maintain eligibility and assigned client documentation • Assure system is programmed accurately for client services for each group • Maintain thorough understanding of applicable Federal Regulations and industry standards • Achieve defined productivity, timeliness, and quality standards • Provide technical assistance on problem research & resolution • Ability to report to the office

Qualifications:

• College degree in finance or mathematics preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Intermediate/Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member • Strong problem solving skills • Experience working on various software systems a plus • Finance or accounting background a plus
