Essential Functions of Job:
• Answer and route telephone calls • Receive and handle faxes and basic correspondence, prepare sales presentations, maintain files, and other related office duties • Handle multiple tasks and carryout follow-up items • Develop and maintain positive working relationship with office staff members, clients, senior executive staff and other outside contacts • Prioritize and work independently • Ability to report to the office • Maintain office equipment and supplies • Other duties as assignedQualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment • 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
