Attention:YISD Onsite Health and Wellness Clinic Open!! The Onsite Health and Wellness Clinic opened at 9600 Sims (ACAC lower east side entrance) on February 23, 2009. Services are available for all Full Time Employees and any eligible dependents covered under the YISD Health Benefits Plan. Covered services include: Urgent Care Illnesses or Injuries, Workers� Compensation, Lab work, Glucose testing, Blood Pressure monitoring, and weight management. Office Days are based on the District Calendar; Clinic Hours are Mon-Fri from 8:30am-1pm and 2pm-5:30pm. Services are Free of Charge. Please present your Insurance ID card.
