Regional Vice President of Account Management

Carol Gaines Birk serves as Regional Vice President of Account Management. In this capacity, Carol is responsible for account management services in the Central and Western regions of the United States. She began her career with HealthSCOPE Benefits in 1988. During her tenure with HealthSCOPE Benefits, Carol served five years in the Network Services area, managed the St. Louis office as well as the Provider Relations team, and has provided employer benefits/cost management consulting for our Fortune 500 clients. She has extensive experience in medical claims administration and benefits consulting. Carol has also served as a National Account Manager for medical claims administration for some of our national accounts.
